Akaanksha Foundation : An Introduction Vision Mission Future Plans   Background Civil Service Academy was started with a mission to spread awareness about the importance of Civil Services cadre and the path to get through it, among the Muslim Youth Community. With this motive, a Target and Goal was set up to propagate this mission via all minority educational institutions of different streams to the maximum extent at Hyderabad. GOAL ACHIEVMENTS When we started this organization our plan was to go physically to different institutions and conduct awareness seminars along with an event organisation team to motivate the students in their college premises in a large number, but due to the continuous Covid -19 Pandemic, our programme has been converted from physical presentation to virtual presentation as the educational institutions were almost closed for students. To work out our plan, we started working on the Zoom App and started conducting WEBINARS on 25th August 2020 and when the situation had come under control, we started to conduct Seminars at the School and College campuses and, by the Grace of the Almighty, , we completed more than 300 Webinarsand Seminars till date, where we implemented a three-tier system (i.e) for Schools, Junior Colleges, Degree & Professional Colleges and Motivated Lacs of Students, Parents along with management of the respective institutions. On 2nd August 2022 CSA Got an Opportunity to go for Our Webinars for TMREIES, They have 204 Schools and 204 Junior Colleges, Spread over the whole of Telangana, Which is one of our biggest Achievements! In fact, at the beginning we planned to focus on Hyderabad alone, but due to public relations and after gaining popularity, we spread our mission to other neighbouring states like Maharashtra,Karnataka & Tamilnadu.. Alhumdulillah ! CSA has been awarded AMP’S FIRST NATIONAL AWARD FOR SOCIAL EXCELLENCE IN 2021 and SECOND NATIONAL AWARD IN 2022.We are also honoured with three INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF HOTEL MANAGEMENT (IIHM) Awards For Best Teachers in 2021,22 and in 2023.CSA got the K-12 WOW AWARD - 2023, For Excellence in Motivating Students For Civil Services During our journey of three years, I got an opportunity to meet a few IAS, IPS & IFS officers like Mr. Aziz (IAS), Mr. Shahnawaz Qasim ( IPS) , Mr. Shafiullah (IFS) , Mr. Qaiser Khaled (IPS),Mr.Mohammad Ali Rafath (IAS),Mr.Shafiq Uz Zama (IAS) and Mr.Jalaluddin Akber (IFS),Mr.Mustafa Hashmi (IPS) And other Working And Retired Civil Servants and Executives from the community who are ready to help our organisation. They liked the ever-come campaign of Civil Services Awareness among Muslim youth. CSA Started A FREE ONLINE COACHING FOR LAWCET ,For Muslim Community Students, as we are facing lack of Advocates ,Particularly in our Community ,where as 23 Percentage Muslims are in jails,To fight for them and release the innocent Accused from jails,For that we need more lawyers, We expected Maximum 50 Students in 2021 LAWCET EXAMS, to be Qualified, But 68 Students Qualified the Test in 2021,38 Qualified in 2022 and 80 Qualifed in 2023 total 182 Studends have been clear their LAWCET and Pursuing their Law Courses in Different Law Colleges in All over Telangana, who got seats through Counselling…it means FREE OF COST… Apart from the regular teaching by our staff of LAWCET(High Court Lawyers) ,we invited Justice Bhavani, Judge Mr.Asadullah Shareef and Prof.Gaali Vinod Kumar, Dean of LAW COLLEGE ,Osmania University to Motivate our LAWCET Students…
